Purpose
Since 1903, HF Christiansen has been a family-owned company, driven by core values such as quality, trust and responsibility. This Code of Conduct sets out the ethical standards and principles that guide our actions and collaborations internally and externally. Our goal is to promote sustainability, integrity and respect in all aspects of our business and create value for the environment, our employees and society.

Expected behavior
We expect all employees, suppliers and partners to adhere to the following principles:
Internal
- Treat colleagues with respect and promote collaboration and diversity.
- Comply with applicable legislation and internal guidelines.
- Protect company resources and confidential information.
External
- Choose suppliers and partners who share our values of responsible production and working conditions.
- Adhere to agreements and deliver products and services on time with transparency in all communications.
- Contribute to the training of dealers to ensure the safety and satisfaction of end customers.
Sustainability and ethics
- Child labour and working conditions
We do not tolerate child labour or unacceptable working conditions. Through our partners in the East, we ensure that the factories meet high standards for employee well-being and safety. - Conflict minerals
We avoid using materials such as gold, tin, tantalum, tungsten, and cobalt that originate from conflict zones. - Transportation
We work with sustainable transportation partners to minimise the environmental impact of our global supply chain.
Reporting breaches
We encourage employees, customers and suppliers to report unethical or inappropriate behaviour. All reports are treated confidentially and with respect.
